Guest Deposit Policy
A nonrefundable deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, or failure to attend the appointment, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. The deposit will not be credited toward future services.

Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final. No monetary refunds will be issued for services. If you are unsatisfied due to an error on the part of the stylist, a corrective appointment will be offered at no additional charge.
